This stunner is called the Bon'Jour dress and made of a lightweight stretch knit in a beautiful damask print in the trending monochromatic colours. You feel so absolutely girly in this piece and no wonder with all those lovely soft layers from the waist down.
This dress comes with a brown plaited belt but this is removable so you can choose to either replace it with your own or wear non at all.
In the following pictures I have styled the dress in two ways, one with the belt provided and another with a vintage silver belt I own.
Styling with my vintage silver belt and Art Deco vintage earring I turned into a statement ring.
I tried to pair this dress with accessories that reminiscent of the 20's so that it may really bring out its unique design, in saying that it is not as easy as it sounds! I kept referring to my ladies from Downton Abbey - especially Edith - who is my favourite in terms of style.
Here I am using a brown leather bag with a kiss lock opening and short strap which is very similar to the way bags were made in the roaring 20's. I used the brown belt supplied with the dress so that it matches the bag and a gold leaf design cuff.
Because of the cut, design and fabric, the dress is extremely comfortable and easy to wear. No zips or buttons required you literally pop it on. I didn't even need to iron it when it came to me all the way from America!
