FFF ~ Immigration Museum Exhibition Launch

Thursday, October 17, 2013

I was invited to the launch of a Melbourne museum exhibition recently about Muslim women. The women in the exhibition were a mixture of Sydney and Melbourne residents and encompassed a variety of talents such as fashion designers, tv personalities and social activists. Here are some pictures from the night (sorry about the poor quality I didn't have my camera with me)
Thank you to the Immigration Museum for inviting me and well done to the ladies featured in the exhibition :* :D

Yaz's Designs (couldn't find a link for her sorry guys)

I wore a new accessory design which I have added to my neck piece collection. This one is called "Let's be Bandits" and features faux leather, silver chains, and black rooster feathers. It is a long neck piece so perfect to wear with hijab. There will be only one available and retailing at $45 (excluding shipping) if you are interested in this accessory then send me a message via the 'contact me' tab above. I wore my own piece with a mint green Staple the Label kaftan, black pants, black heels and black hijab to keep the whole ensemble as simple as possible.
