My Modefa ~ Pierre Cardin Keeps it Classy

Thursday, July 4, 2013

My Modefa has been an avid supporter of Hijab Revival for a while now and I am honoured to show you lovelies another gorgeous hijab from their collection. With such a huge variety of hijabs to choose from, it is so hard to decide!
Here are a couple of reasons why I chose this Pierre Cardin (well there are a few reasons actually)
1- It is a gorgeous shade of shimmery navy, a colour I happen to adore.
2- It is a Pierre Cardin, a great designer and a LEADING hijab designer especially in Turkey.
3- Pierre Cardin silk hijabs are known to smell yummy and I was pleased to note upon opening it's packaging that a warm woody scent wafted out softly. The actual hijab has the scent embedded within its fibres.
4- This is my favourite point - It has the silhouette of little ladies of a bygone era made up completely of flowers! How adorable is that? A lady hijab for a lady.. Teehee..
As you can I have a My Modefa banner up the top right hand side with a special discount code on it so why not purchase a gorgeous silk hijab for Eid?

I wore the hijab to a pop up cafe hosted by my sister (if you follow me on Instagram @hijabrevival you would have seen the video I posted)

Can you see the gorgeous lady? Isn't she beautiful in all her colourful glory?

My look consists of loose layers. Peg leg pants in a white linen fabric are a great alternative to jeans. I have worn my black silk midi slip from Arthur Galan so many time I have lost count. It is the perfect length over pants.
Kept the rest of my outfit low key with matching jewellery, grey leather bag, and pink suede shoes.

The hijab comes beautifully packaged in a Pierre Cardin box along with a card of authenticity and care instructions.
