Tribal Monochrome.

I love this HUGE tribal necklace I purchased on a whim. It is super heavy and very loud but works really well with low key pieces. Here I wore it to a hens night with my favourite long sleeve knot maxi dress, a long cream shawl hijab and cream hand bag. Before I got dressed and before I knew what I was wearing, I had already decided I was going to wear the necklace, so I kind of worked my outfit around the statement piece.  A great piece of advice I could give you all is to really keep an eye out for statement jewellery the next time you go shopping. When ever you have those 'cant be bothered getting dressed' days, throw on a gorgeous piece of jewellery and the rest of your outfit will shine.

Sorry about the low grade photos, but you get the drift..

Salam. Good idea sis, to wear such ethnic piece with maxi dress.. You sure could ensemble anything to become classy and gorgeous. Thanx, now I have an 'excuse' to finally make use of mine, even though it's not as heavy and the fact that it's yellow & black in colors.

Funky, elegant + classy!
But how do the scarf ends stay behind?
Are they pinned down? I'm thinking of windy days!
Mashallah style, really enjoy your blog - bookmarked xXx Lee
