What I Wore To My Friends House ~ My New Alsharifa.com Silk Hijab And Hijab Pin!

Yesterday was such an exciting day for me! When I went to check my mail I found an unexpected package waiting for me from alsharifa.com! As I mentioned before in my post about the competition , alsharifa.com had kindly offered to provide some gifts for the winner, they also sent me a STUNNING silk hijab and a couple of blinged out hijab pins! As soon as I saw the hijab I just had to pop it on! The texture of the hijab is divine and feels like cool water in your hands. The design is a delicate traditional design with gold and beige accents. The main colour is the most brilliant and delicious turquoise I have ever seen and it had a slight metallic sheen to it but not quite. I cant describe it really, its not metallic but the sheen to it is similar to metallic. I absolutely adore this hijab and seriously cannot find fault with it. The only quirk it has is that its slippery because of its high quality silk fabric so when you are pinning your hijab you will probably need to use a few stick pins to hold it in place. Other then that it is perfect! I was also sent some cute as a button bling hijab pins which I also wore to my friends house, but rather then pinning my hijab with it I used it as a brooch on the lapel of boyfriend jacket. Its colour matched the hijab perfectly! Alsharifa has heeeaappss of hijab pins in every shade so you will always find a pin to match any hijab! Oh and they are super cheap too!!
I will definitely wear this hijab again and again! The next time I put it on I am going to wear it in the shawl style so that the beautiful pattern frames my face! I will make a tutorial on how to do that soon and I will post the pictures too :)
Finally, I also received some skin cream in the care package to try out and review called 12 Hour Night Repair Treatment which I have only used once last night but so far so good! I will revisit this when I have used it more. This is 100% Halal skincare!!
